IBC Care Online Consultations
and Follow Up Treatment Guidance

We are now offering online consultations.
You can book by calling our landline number 02077924499 or using our online booking service.

It will not surprise you to know that, following guidance from the Department of Health and Social Care regarding COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our Upper Wimpole Street practice. It is of course vital that we change our usual routines for the greater good of the community but it is also important to us that, in the meantime, we do not stop taking care of our patients.

With this in mind we are pleased to announce that we are today launching remote consultations for our new and existing patients.

These remote consultations will allow us to fulfil our duty of care to follow up on the progress of our patients’ treatment and to offer consultations for new patients that are not able to reach our NHS system, which undeniably has been over-stretched by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

IBC Care is offering online consultations. You can book by calling our landline number: 02077924499 or you can use our online booking service.

There are several ways Dr Bramati can help you.

What IBC Care can offer you online

We offer a professional and friendly approach to managing your health.
Now with online consultations. Book Now.

Initial Consultations (New Patients) - Musculoskeletal conditions

Osteopathic Consultation – 40 mins (£120 – usually £140)

An initial consultation encompasses taking a thorough patient history and the details as to the onset and manifestation of the current health concern. During the consultation the osteopath will narrow down a possible diagnosis and, while the practitioner will not conduct a physical exam, a working diagnosis may be reached by asking the patient to demonstrate movements that are causing pain. While of course an in person consultation will always be preferable to a remote session, starting treatment will hopefully provide peace of mind to the patient.  Depending on the working diagnosis reached, Dr Bramati will be able to guide the patient on exercise prescription, postural adjustments, simple ergonomic changes within the household setting as well as mindfulness guidance to deal with anxiety during this difficult time.

We will then be able to continue treatment in person when ‘normal’ life resumes!

Follow up Guidance – Returning patients

Osteopathic follow up – 40 mins (£100 – usually £120)

It is vital to us that our existing IBC Care patients are supported and cared for during this challenging time.

Dr Bramati will access your osteopathic records online and follow up from the last session you had with her. Within the consultation Dr Bramati will review your current condition and then adjust and build on her medical advice going forward.

Paediatric Patients & Osteopathic Approach to Autism

Osteopathic Approach to Autism Consultation – 40 mins (£120 – usually £140)

One of Dr Bramati’s specialities is applying visceral osteopathy on Autistic children. A thorough initial consultation can be offered via this remote service. This will encompass asking detailed questions regarding the patient’s history such as the mother’s pregnancy, labour, the onset of the child’s symptoms and formal autistic diagnosis and current symptoms.  During the consultation, the questions asked by the Osteopath will provide the guide for Dr Bramati’s approach to the treatment. An online consultation will not differ in this way from a face-to-face consultation and, although the practitioner will not be able to physically examine the patient, Dr Bramati will have an idea of what the problem may be and will start guiding the family on procedures that can be done at home.

Dr Bramati also works in close contact with Ms Stella Chadwick – Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine practitioner (who is also guiding patients via an online system). Following the Osteopathic Approach to Autism Consultation, a plan will be discussed with the parents on how to proceed with the treatment and follow up advice.
