It’s Children’s Mental Health Week and a really important time to look after our kids’ mental and emotional wellbeing. Who would have thought a year ago the world would be in such a situation?
For Children’s Mental Health Week 2021, children are encouraged to explore the different ways we can express ourselves, and the creative ways that we can share our feelings, our thoughts and our ideas.
It’s important to remember that being able to express yourself is not about being the best at something. It is about finding a way to show who you are, and how you see the world, that can help you feel good about yourself. Talking about things can really help.
This is a hugely challenging time for us all. Please look after yourself too.
