IBC Care Remote Consultations and Follow Up Treatment Guidance

Dear friends,

It will not surprise you to know that, following guidance from the Department of Health and Social Care regarding COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our Upper Wimpole Street practice. It is of course vital that we change our usual routines for the greater good of the community but it is also important to us that, in the meantime, we do not stop taking care of our patients.

With this in mind we are pleased to announce that we are today launching remote consultations for our new and existing patients.

These remote consultations will allow us to fulfil our duty of care to follow up on the progress of our patients’ treatment and to offer consultations for new patients that are not able to reach our NHS system, which undeniably has been over-stretched by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr Bramati PhD at IBCcare

Dr Bramati PhD, BSc (Hons) Ost Med, DO, ND is an experienced Osteopath & Naturopath and the only known specialist with a doctorate on clinical osteopathy in autistic children suffering from gastrointestinal dysfunction. She was awarded a PhD by The University of Westminster in conjunction with the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) on the ‘Effectiveness of Visceral Osteopathic Treatment on Gastrointestinal Indicators and Behaviour Patterns in Autistic Children; Using Questionnaire and Biochemical Markers to Measure Outcomes’. The project was approved for collaboration with King’s College Hospital, London and endorsed by the National Autistic Society and sponsored by BCOM via a grant from the British Naturopathic and Osteopathic Association. She is committed to helping improve the quality of life and wellbeing of children on the spectrum using a non-invasive form of therapy – Visceral Osteopathy.
