IBC Care is offering online consultations.
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE VIDEO CALL?
Not at all.
The only equipment you will need should come readily installed on your mobile phone, iPad or laptop.
The consultation will be by video so we will utilise the camera and microphone already built in to your device.
You’ll be sent a link to access your video call at the time of your session.
Can we use FaceTime or WhatsApp instead?
We will only be using one platform for the consultations.
At IBC Care we take security very seriously. Our preferred platform is an encrypted secure system that runs across mobile devices and desktops.
