What Is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic health system that combines modern science with traditional principles of natural medicine.
It focuses on supporting and stimulating the body’s innate capacity to restore balance and function.
Through the application of nutritional science, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management, naturopathy promotes long-term wellbeing and prevention — not just symptom relief.
At IBCcare, Dr. Bramati uses this approach to design personalised wellness plans that address the root causes of your health concerns and guide you toward sustainable change.
The Functional Medicine Approach
Functional Medicine expands on the principles of naturopathy by combining advanced clinical science, biochemistry, and systems biology to uncover how genetics, nutrition, environment, and lifestyle interact to influence health.
This approach helps identify and address the root causes of chronic conditions such as:
Digestive disorders and food sensitivities
Hormonal imbalances
Chronic fatigue and low energy
Autoimmune conditions
Skin issues (eczema, acne, psoriasis)
Stress, anxiety and sleep disturbances
Metabolic and inflammatory conditions
The IBCcare Approach
As both an Osteopath and Naturopath, Dr Bramati, PhD integrates her clinical experience with a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected systems. Her Functional Medicine training with the Institute of Functional Medicine (AFMCP-UK) allows her to combine science-led analysis with holistic therapies.
Where appropriate, laboratory testing may be recommended to provide a clearer picture of your health, guiding targeted interventions and improving outcomes. Each plan is designed collaboratively — empowering you to take an active role in your health journey.
