A Career Dedicated to Your Health

I’m Dr. Iona Bramati, PhD, BSc (Hons) Ost Med, DO, ND, Osteopath and Naturopath. Since graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, I have dedicated my career to supporting patients of all ages — from newborns to adults — through integrative, evidence-based care.

I believe that health is not just the absence of illness, but balance, resilience and vitality. At IBCcare, my mission is to help you achieve lasting wellbeing by combining osteopathy, naturopathy and functional medicine with a compassionate, personalised approach.

Autism Research & International Recognition

My PhD focused on the effectiveness of visceral osteopathic treatment on gastrointestinal indicators and behaviour patterns in autistic children. The project was developed with the University of Westminster and King’s College Hospital, endorsed by the National Autistic Society and supported by the British Naturopathic and Osteopathic Association.

For this work, I was honoured with the Elsevier / International Conference on Advances in Osteopathic Research – New Researcher Prize (ICAOR10).

My research has been published in scientific journals, and I am regularly invited as an international speaker at osteopathic and integrative medicine conferences.

Our research and practice have been featured
in leading medical publications and associations.

Autism Health Hub®

In addition to her research, Dr. Iona Bramati is also the founder of the Autism Health Hub®, an online platform created to support both parents and professionals with evidence-based information, research and guidance on different aspects of autism.

For parents of autistic children, the platform provides resources from pre-diagnosis to post-diagnosis, helping families access trustworthy knowledge and connect with health professionals.

For health professionals, the Hub offers a dedicated CPD training area, designed to enhance their knowledge of autism and the therapies currently available.

At Autism Health Hub®, our mission is to spread accurate information, integrate complementary and conventional approaches, and provide a “helping hand” to parents and professionals — ultimately improving outcomes for autistic children.
