What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a recognised form of manual medicine that aims to improve the function of the body by treating its structure — muscles, joints, ligaments, and connective tissues.
Through gentle, hands-on techniques, osteopaths support the body’s ability to heal itself, enhancing circulation, reducing pain, and improving posture and movement.
At IBCcare, osteopathic care is personalised for each patient — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking preventive treatment to maintain your health.
