Need Support to Restore Your Health?

What Is Osteopathy?

IBCcare Osteopathy London

Osteopathy is a recognised form of manual medicine that aims to improve the function of the body by treating its structure — muscles, joints, ligaments, and connective tissues.
Through gentle, hands-on techniques, osteopaths support the body’s ability to heal itself, enhancing circulation, reducing pain, and improving posture and movement.

At IBCcare, osteopathic care is personalised for each patient — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking preventive treatment to maintain your health.

Conditions Osteopathy May Help With

Osteopathic treatment can support a wide range of conditions and discomforts, including:

Musculoskeletal Pain & Mobility

Back and neck pain (acute or chronic, not injury-related)

Postural imbalances and joint stiffness

Sciatica, lumbago and generalised aches and pains

Shoulder and elbow pain, including frozen shoulder and tennis elbow

Hip and knee pain from osteoarthritis (as an adjunct to core OA treatments and exercise)

Muscle tension, spasms and restricted movement

Head, Nerve & Stress-Related Conditions

Headaches or migraines arising from neck tension (cervicogenic)

Neuralgia and nerve compression-related discomfort
